What data we collect and why

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address, name, job title and company name. We use it solely to send you updates about what we're building at Leopard Space.

We do not collect any other personal data, and we do not sell, share, or rent your email address to anyone.

Our lawful basis

Under UK GDPR, our lawful basis for processing your information is consent — you gave this freely when you signed up.

Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list and send emails. Mailchimp is a data processor acting on our behalf. Because Mailchimp is based in the US, your information is transferred outside the UK. Our signup form uses cookies provided by Mailchimp to function correctly. These are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.

How long we keep your data

We keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed. If you choose to unsubscribe, we will immediately stop sending you emails. Your email address will then be moved to a "suppression list" to ensure we don't accidentally contact you in future.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly at privacy@leopardspace.com.
